January 2026

  • On January 5th, the Three Wise Men parade through Palma and many locations across the island, as well as the two marinas of Puerto Portals and Port Adriano.
  • Sant Antoni: A fiesta that takes place in Sant Antoni de Portmany in mid-January – featuring fireworks, music, and parades.
  • Sant Sebastià is always celebrated in January with parades, music, and fireworks. A highlight is the parade of the "Giants" through Palma.

February 2026

  • Carnival in Mallorca, featuring parades in Palma and many towns – well worth seeing!

March 2026

  • Mallorca celebrates *Dia de les Illes Balears* (Balearic Islands Day) on March 1st with a market day and parades along the Paseo Marítimo in Palma. *Gigantes* (giants), *Dimonis* (devils), and *Castellers* (human tower builders) gather here. A must-see is the Menorcan horse dressage show in front of the Es Baluard museum.
  • The Rallye Isla Mallorca, taking place from March 5 to 7, 2026, is considered the island's most exciting classic car rally. The service park at the Capitanía in Puerto Portals is well worth a visit. Drivers arrive from countries such as Austria, Switzerland, Great Britain, Argentina, and Luxembourg, bringing with them official World Rally Championship (WRC) cars, unique models like the Lotus Europa, and sports cars from renowned brands such as Porsche, Ferrari, and Jaguar.
  • The 55th edition of the Trofeo Princesa Sofia Mallorca by FERGUS Hotels will take place from March 27 to April 4, 2026.

April 2026

  • Traditional processions make Easter on Mallorca an extraordinary experience: from Maundy Thursday, April 2, to Easter Monday, April 6, 2026.
  • The Art Cologne art fair at the Palau de Congressos de Palma in Mallorca will take place from April 9th ​​to 12th, 2026: artcologne.com/palma
  • Palma International Boat Show at the Moll Vell in Palma, April 29 to May 2, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. – Around 250 companies from the marine industry are participating in the PIBS, and 250 boats are on display in the harbor. Approximately 32,000 people visit the fair, which includes the Superyacht Village. Tickets on-site: 12 euros.

May 2026

  • May 1st is a public holiday: Día del Trabajador. The 52 Super Series Sailing Week will take place in Puerto Portals from May 5 to 9, 2026.
  • Hippie market Las Dalias is coming to Mallorca from Ibiza with a pop-up - on May 22nd to 24th at the Recinto Ferial del Molino in Santa Ponça
  • Balearic Boating Festival at Port Adriano – From May 18 to 23, numerous activities are taking place across the Balearic Islands to celebrate World Boating Day. At the Port Adriano marina, visitors can test water sports equipment and much more.

June 2026

  • The Aftersun Market in Port Adriano takes place from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. in May and June.
  • On Thursday, June 4, a new edition of Art Palma Summer will take place from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.—a highly anticipated contemporary art gallery event bringing together thirty venues, fifty exhibitions, and one hundred artists.
  • Mallorca Live Festival 2026, June 12–14, 2026: The lifestyle event near Magaluf in Calvià is establishing itself as a premium festival featuring international headliners and VIP facilities. On stage: The Prodigy, Cypress Hill, David Guetta, and many more.
  • Castell Classics on June 18, 2026, at Castell Son Claret in Es Capdella – open-air classical music: This year features young talents from the Young Singers Project, which is closely linked to the Salzburg Festival.
  • On June 23 and 24, 2026, Mallorca celebrates the summer solstice with the "Nit de Sant Joan" (St. John's Eve). "Dimonis" (devils) roam the streets during the "Nit de Foc" (Night of Fire), and people gather around bonfires on the beaches. Deluxe tip: Explore exclusive viewing spots along the coast by yacht.
  • US superstar Jason Derulo will perform live at the legendary Bierkönig in Ballermann, Mallorca, on June 24, 2026.
  • The Mallorca Tennis Championships will take place in Santa Ponça from June 20 to 27, 2026. Alexander Bublik, currently ranked world number 11, will compete in Mallorca for the first time, making his debut on the grass courts of the Mallorca Country Club. One of the ATP Tour's most entertaining players joins a strong field of competitors that includes Alejandro Davidovich Fokina, Frances Tiafoe, Nick Kyrgios, Yannick Hanfmann, and Jan-Lennard Struff (GER), with further names yet to be announced.
  • Magaluf’s extensively modernized beach promenade will officially open on June 27. A major public event is planned, featuring the Balearic Symphony Orchestra and a spectacular light show involving 300 drones at 9:30 p.m. Under the theme "Magaluf is Cinema," the orchestra will present a repertoire dedicated entirely to great film scores—including iconic pieces from *Star Wars*, *Indiana Jones*, *Harry Potter*, and *Jurassic Park*, as well as themes from *007*, *Titanic*, and *The Pink Panther*.

July 2026

  • On July 3rd, starting at 10 p.m., DJ Fatboy Slim will perform at the Es Jardí Festival, held at the Mallorca Live Festival site in Calvià. Tickets starting at 35 euros are available here.
  • The traditional processions of *llauts* held on July 16th in honor of the patron saint of fishermen, the Virgen del Carmen, are increasingly being joined by yacht owners. Celebrations take place in Puerto de Andratx, Port de Pollença in the north, Port de Sóller on the west coast, Porto Cristo in the east, and Cala Ratjada.
  • On July 24 and 25, Algaída celebrates Sant Jaume with the traditional dance of the Cossiers (dancers) and the Dimoni (devil) in the village square.
  • Cap Rocat Festival – an exclusive classical music and opera festival at the luxury Cap Rocat hotel. It kicks off on July 31st, featuring top international artists in an extraordinary setting.

August 2026

  • On August 5, Kraftwerk will perform their only concert in Spain this summer as part of the Es Jardí Festival—featuring new premium and VIP areas. Tickets are available here.
  • The Assumption of Mary (Asunción de la Virgen) takes place on August 15; it is a statutory public holiday (nationwide).
  • The Irish band The Corrs will perform live at the Es Jardí Festival on August 15; tickets starting at 52 euros are available here. Es Jardí takes place at the Mallorca Live Festival site in Calvià, in the southwest of Mallorca, about 20 minutes from the airport. The venue is located at the intersection of Camí de Cala Figuera and Camí Porrasa, near Magaluf.
  • The Sunset Market takes place in Puerto Portals on Wednesdays and Thursdays in July and August, between 6 p.m. and midnight.
  • A total solar eclipse will be visible from Mallorca on August 12, 2026—lasting for two minutes around 8:30 p.m.

September 2026

  • La Nit de l’Art Palma, taking place on September 19, 2026, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., is supported by many galleries, and museums are open free of charge. The 30th edition of this art night is once again organized by Art Palma Contemporani as an event for contemporary art enthusiasts.
  • In the autumn, the Música Clásica Port de Sóller festival brings renowned artists together for five events at the coastal town's church—offering a rich program ranging from Schubertiades to Bach soloists.

October 2026

  • October 12th is Spain's National Day (Fiesta Nacional de España), a public holiday (nationwide).
  • Mallorca Car Week: Classic car gathering with island tours from October 10 to 18, 2026.
  • The 15th Evolution Mallorca International Film Festival will take place in Palma starting on October 28, 2026.
  • The 5th edition of the Mallorca 550 Challenge starts in Port Adriano at the end of October.

November 2026

  • November 1st is All Saints' Day (Fiesta de Todos los Santos), a public holiday (nationwide).
  • Late November, at nightfall around 6 p.m.: the *Encendido de las luces de Navidad* on the Paseo Borne in Palma—the Christmas lights are switched on, and the whole city gathers for the occasion.

December 2026

  • The Christmas market at Pueblo Español takes place in December.
  • December 6th is Spanish Constitution Day (Día de la Constitución), a nationwide public holiday.
  • December 9 is the Immaculate Conception (La Inmaculada Concepción), a public holiday (nationwide).
  • Christmas Market: The Christmas market will take place at the Puerto Portals marina from December 11, 2026, to January 6, 2027.
  • On December 25, Spain celebrates Christmas (Navidad), a nationwide public holiday.
On December 31, 2026
  • The Fiesta de l’Estandard is celebrated annually on December 31st in Palma to commemorate the city's capture by the troops of James I of Aragon during the conquest of the island in 1229. Dating back to the 13th century, it is one of the oldest festivals in Europe. The main ceremony is the raising of the standard in the Plaza de Cort.
  • 10 a.m.: Setting up the Estendard Reial de la Conquesta de Mallorca. Plaça de Cort.
