Four islands, each with its own character
The largest of the islands, Mallorca, boasts 554 km of coastline and over 60 beaches. It has a population of around 855,000, of whom over 21 per cent are foreign nationals. Every year, 16 million holidaymakers visit the island – including over 4 million from Germany, 230,000 from Switzerland and 140,000 from Austria. Mallorca has become one of the most exclusive places of residence for wealthy Europeans.
The world-famous lifestyle island of Ibiza combines exclusive luxury tourism and legendary nightlife with historical treasures. It attracts an international, trend-conscious crowd as well as numerous celebrity part-time residents.
Formentera, the smallest inhabited island in the Balearic Islands, is famous for its Caribbean-style white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. It is a haven for those seeking peace and quiet and is often visited on exclusive day trips from Ibiza.
Menorca, a tranquil, unspoilt island, is protected as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. The island focuses on sustainable tourism and unspoilt coves, and is particularly popular with families and those seeking relaxation.

From 2007 to 2017, DeluxeMallorca magazine published four glossy issues a year, covering the island’s lifestyle, showcasing property listings, interviewing celebrities and providing event recommendations.
At the same time, the DeluxeMallorca team was working on expanding its social media network, which now reaches 35,000 followers worldwide – over 15,000 friends on Facebook with around 27,000 clicks per month, as well as over 7,200 followers on Instagram, X, LinkedIn and Xing. We have also been active on Threads since 2024. We send out a monthly newsletter to 1,500 high-profile contacts and publish a blog on medium.com, enabling us to offer sustainable digital marketing to all target groups of our international clients.
