{"id":9113,"date":"2023-11-29T08:40:20","date_gmt":"2023-11-29T07:40:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deluxemallorca.com\/?p=9113"},"modified":"2023-12-01T19:26:36","modified_gmt":"2023-12-01T18:26:36","slug":"ein-neues-stern-fuer-castell-son-claret","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deluxemallorca.com\/en\/ein-neues-stern-fuer-castell-son-claret\/","title":{"rendered":"Ein neuer Stern f\u00fcr Castell Son Claret"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ein neues Kapitel in der kulinarischen Geschichte des Luxushotels Castell Son Claret begann Ende November 2023, als Restaurant Sa Clastra unter der Leitung des mallorquinischen K\u00fcchenchefs Jordi Cant\u00f3 und seines Teams bei der Gala des Guide Michelin Spanien 2024 in Barcelona ein weiterer Stern verliehen wurde.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Als Teil einer neuen Generation von mallorquinischen Ausnahmetalenten wurde Jordi Cant\u00f3 als einheimischer Koch ausgezeichnet, der die Weltklasse-Gastronomie neu erfindet. Jordi Cant\u00f3 ist seit der Er\u00f6ffnung des Castell Son Claret im Jahr 2013 Teil des K\u00fcchenteams, und als es 2021 darum ging, ein neues Gourmet-Men\u00fc vorzustellen, \u00fcbernahm er als Executive Chef die F\u00fchrung. Das au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Degustationsmen\u00fc wechselt im Rhythmus der Jahreszeiten, zu den einzigartigen Gerichten geh\u00f6ren Taube Ensaimada, Hahn San Pedro mit roten Garnelen und balearischer Hummer.<\/p>\n<p>Sa Clastra ist derzeit f\u00fcr die Wintersaison geschlossen und wird am 14.
