Mai erwartet Cant\u00f3 \u2013 den erst im April mit zwei Michelin Sternen ausgezeichneten \u2013 Ku\u0308chenchef Julian Stowasser aus dem \u201eLakeside Restaurant\u201c des Schwesterhotels THE FONTENAY in Hamburg. Sein exzellenter Kochstil, weltoffen und voller Leidenschaft, begeistert mit mutigen Kreationen. Julian Stowasser macht Gourmetku\u0308che fu\u0308r die Seele, jeder Gang verspricht einen unvergesslichen Genuss. An seiner Seite steht Jordi Cant\u00f3, bekannt fu\u0308r seine feinfu\u0308hligen Neuinterpretationen der mallorquinischen Ku\u0308che auf h\u00f6chstem Niveau.
