Februar<\/strong> die G\u00e4ste des LOUIS Grillroom im Hotel LOUIS in M\u00fcnchen und vom <strong>16. bis 19. Februar<\/strong> die G\u00e4ste des Restaurants Tirolia im Grand Tirolia Kitzb\u00fchel mit speziell arrangierten 3- bis 5-G\u00e4nge-Men\u00fcs. Traditionelle Gerichte und Zutaten werden hier in einer originellen Weise aufgegriffen, um den Anspr\u00fcchen des modernen Gaumens gerecht werden. Auf seinem Werdegang hat ihn \u2013 neben fr\u00fchen Ber\u00fchrungspunkten mit der traditionellen mallorquinischen K\u00fcche durch seine Familie \u2013 die Sternek\u00fcche entscheidend beeinflusst. Er machte Station im DiverXo (3*) in Madrid, im Casa Macial (2*) in Asturien und zuletzt im Zaranda (2*) auf Mallorca.
