28. August 2021 \u2013 Die Pressekonferenz war gut besucht. Auch S\u00fcddeutsche Zeitung und BR<\/a> berichteten \u00fcber die Er\u00f6ffnung der Ausstellung „Leonismo“ von Leon L\u00f6wentraut Ende August im Bayerischen Nationalmuseum in M\u00fcnchen. „Mit den Werken des jungen Malers kommt nicht nur Farbe in die „heiligen Hallen“, sie setzen auch imposante Akzente f\u00fcr Br\u00fcckenschl\u00e4ge zwischen Gegenwart und Vergangenheit“, sagte der Generaldirektor des Museums, Frank Matthias Kammel, vor der Presse. Zur Vernissage am Abend mit Jazzband im Innenhof des Museums waren zahlreiche Prominente erschienen. M\u00fcnchen ist die erste deutsche Station, \u201eLeonismo“ war bereits in Venedig und Wien zu sehen.<\/p>\n

Der 23-j\u00e4hrige K\u00fcnstler Leon L\u00f6wentraut gilt bereits als bekannte Gr\u00f6sse in der Kunstwelt. „Seine Werke sorgten zuletzt in der Biblioteca Nazionale in Venedig und im Kunstforum Wien f\u00fcr Aufmerksamkeit. Sein Stil ist jung und frisch, seine farbintensiven Gem\u00e4lde entstehen spontan. Mit kraftvollen Linien legt der K\u00fcnstler in einem intuitiven Prozess Schicht \u00fcber Schicht, Farbe \u00fcber Farbe. Durch den pastosen Auftrag erhalten seine Werke einen reliefartigen Charakter. Seine Sujets sind vielseitig, besch\u00e4ftigen sich mit Menschen und Zwischenmenschlichem, oszillieren zwischen Optimismus und Kritik. Dennoch verstr\u00f6men die Werke stets Lebensfreude und Zuversicht. Damit trifft er den Nerv der Zeit.\u201c Leonismo ist eine Intervention der Edition Minerva, kuratiert von Manfred M\u00f6ller. „F\u00fcr das kommende Jahr sind Ausstellungen in den USA geplant“, erz\u00e4hlte G\u00fcnter Unger im Gespr\u00e4ch mit DELUXE Mallorca. Er ist seit Herbst 2021 als International Exploitation Manager f\u00fcr Leon L\u00f6wentraut t\u00e4tig.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
