Mit der Entstehung des Hauses war es unbedingt wichtig, dass die Architektur des Hotels das Erbe und die strukturelle Integrit\u00e4t seines Viertels anerkennt und gleichzeitig eine eigene visuelle Identit\u00e4t entwickelt.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gekr\u00f6nt wird das El Lloren\u00e7 durch seine Dachterrasse: Auf drei Ebenen sind hier eine Cocktailbar, ein von K\u00fcchenchef Taura \u00fcbersehenes Restaurant sowie Palmas l\u00e4ngster Infinity-Pool untergebracht. Die Terrasse bietet einen 360-Grad-Blick \u00fcber die Altstadt und den Jachthafen. Sie ist mit luxuri\u00f6sen balinesischen Betten ausgestattet, von denen man die spektakul\u00e4ren Sonnenunterg\u00e4nge beobachten kann.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unter der F\u00fchrung des renommierten mallorquinischen K\u00fcchenchefs Santi Taura steht das gastronomische Konzept des El Lloren\u00e7. Taura hat sein gefeiertes Restaurant DINS nun also nach Palma umgezogen und serviert ein innovatives balearisches Degustationsmen\u00fc\u200a\u2014\u200aein einzigartiges Erlebnis in schickem Ambiente. Hingucker im DINS Santi Taura ist die offene K\u00fcche, eine halbrunde Essbar empf\u00e4ngt bis zu 12 G\u00e4ste und weitere 28 Personen finden an den Tischen Platz.
