Das spanische Ministerium f\u00fcr Verbraucherschutz fordert aktuell von Online-Plattformen wie AirBnB Informationen f\u00fcr Ferienh\u00e4user in ganz Spanien an, um festzustellen, ob Vermietungen illegal beworben werden. Eine betr\u00e4chtliche Anzahl von Ferienh\u00e4usern wird ohne die erforderliche touristische Lizenz vermietet. Die Plattformen werden als Vermittler von Informationen zu Immobilien ohne touristische Lizenz mitverantwortlich gemacht f\u00fcr die illegale Vermietung.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ergibt die Recherche, dass gegen das Gesetz verstossen wurde, kann ein Bu\u00dfgeld von bis zu 100.000 Euro verh\u00e4ngt werden. Der Betrag kann aber je nach Umfang der illegalen T\u00e4tigkeit auf das vier- bis sechsfache des illegal erzielten Gewinns hochgesetzt werden.<\/p>\n

Zu 90 Prozent illegal

\nNeben finanziellen Sanktionen k\u00f6nnten Schliessungen der Online-Plattformen beschlossen werden. „Wir pr\u00fcfen derzeit, welche Sanktionen gegen illegale Vermietungen verh\u00e4ngt werden k\u00f6nnen und welche gegen die Werbetreibenden“, kommentierte der Generaldirektor f\u00fcr Verbraucherschutz, Daniel Arribas Gonz\u00e1lez<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Die Generalsekret\u00e4rin f\u00fcr Verbraucherschutz und Gl\u00fccksspiel, Bibiana Medialdea Garc\u00eda<\/a>, sagte, sie habe rechtskr\u00e4ftige Beweise f\u00fcr „ein sehr hohes Ma\u00df an Nichteinhaltung von Vorschriften auf dem touristischen Vermietungsmarkt“, die in einigen Gebieten bei \u00fcber 90 Prozent liegen.
